Am in the UK! Have spent some time with the family, and went to London to see Gemma for a couple of days, then tomorrow I'm going to Brighton followed by Newport for some munter times. Woohoo!!!!

Had a nice last day at work today. Got a free lunch at a teacher development workshop and then as it was the lst day of term today all I had to do with my afternoon class was give them their results, but they seemed quite keen to talk so I stuck around for a while. They got me flowers, and a few hours later a couple of them came back and gave me a gift and a card saying that I was the best teacher they had ever had. That was nice! Had to teach my evening class, but it was quite a fun lesson, and they bought cakes and threw me a little party at the end. It's nice to know my students will miss me!

Spent a while trying to pack tonight. I'm trying to take some stuff back home but I had far too much so I had to take stuff out and repack a few times. Think I have managed to do it, but my bag is probably over the weight limit. Lets hope that's not a problem! I still have some time tomorrow to pack and repack but hopefully nothing else needs to go in as there is not an inch of spare space.

In 24 hours I'll be on the way home!
